I had a frustrating experience at this hotel, mostly due to the issues I faced during my stay. While I was grateful for a room that didn’t have bugs, the service I received was far from ideal, making me feel unwelcome. I was glad to find shelter during a power outage, but the lack of a working heater in a snowstorm was unacceptable. The value for money didn't meet my expectations given the circumstances.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! For the price, it was a great find with very affordable weekly rates and I am pleased to report that I didn't have any issues with bugs during my stay. The room setup was quite practical for someone on a long business trip, featuring a microwave and fridge. However, the breakfast options left a bit to be desired, and I would've liked a bit more variety.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my six-week business stay. The owner guarantees a bug-free environment, and he delivered on that promise—I didn’t encounter any bugs at all! The price was very reasonable at $300 a week, but the breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for the price, so I would definitely return when I'm back in Mesquite.
